I had posted earlier today that the richest environment can be with in 100 feet of your home. In doing this project I have found that to be true as a large number are around the house (both inside and outside). Today's is no exception as I ventured out in the late afternoon sun and saw the image below first. I like how the shadow of the rock in the garden gave a nice dark background to the flowers that were bathed in sunlight. After shooting a couple of images I swung around to the other side and found this wonderful back lighting on the flower. I love the way you can see the veins of the flower.
