Even in it's final stage there was still some beauty in this dead flower. I saw it while watering the plants downstairs and clipped it out. Looking at it I saw that it had potential as a subject. The light from the windows was soft so I found a plain wall and held it up as I shot with my Canon 7D with the 24-70mm f2.8 lens @ f4.5 and 70mm at 1/80 sec and 6400 ISO.Sunday, August 7, 2011
