Working with my long lens yesterday I decided to try to shoot the moon this evening. Due to the longer days the moon rises when the sky is still bright blue and I watched and waited until some clouds blew in close to it. I liked the way that this particular cloud seemed to cradle the moon. Canon 70-200 f2.8 with Canon extender EF 2x II, focal length 400mm, f10 at 1/640 hand held, 250 ISO.
