Went to Banff National Park today to take in the Professional Photographers of Canada trade show at their annual convention. It was nice to catch up with a number of friends I have not seen in a long time. After visiting for a couple of hours I had to head back to Calgary as I have my advanced lighting class at SAIT. However, since I had some time I took a bit of a scenic route to see if I would see any wildlife. Sure enough I game across a couple of Deer grazing along the side of the road. I was able to snap off a number of frames but I liked this one the best as he is so upright and the ears pointed.
Canon 7D, 24-70 f2.8 @ f10 and 68mm focal length, 1/320 sec at 160 ISO.
